How do they do it?! I need 6 hands to feed, pump, eat, clean, shower..etc! Of course Colin is worth all the sleepless days and possible hearing loss :) He's been keeping me on my toes the last 2 days! Derek has been on day shift so I figured if I can't sleep, I might as well venture into the land of the living! The mall was nice Thursday, but yesterday we stayed at home. Sadly, GT lost to Clemson Thursday night...bummer! Hope they play better when Derek and his dad go watch them play Georgia in 2 weeks!
Gizmo licking Derek's wounds ;) Colin slept through the game (after he pee'd on his GT onesie)
It's been cold and rainy here, perfect for naps eh? Not according to Colin, haha! He is eating like a champ (usually 3oz of pumped milk every 3 hours), but he knows when I leave that room after I lay him in the crib ;) Once held the child just melts to you and sleeps so good. Hard not to let him do that every time! He is getting chunkier and easier to snuggle though!
His goal in life is to get those hands to his face...can't help but post another tooting face :)
The cats joined Colin's naptime!
Gizmo fell, bless him, once I stood up
Today I woke up so excited! I started last night in Colin's room since he was being fussy. I woke up on my own 3 hours later and he was still asleep-unheard of!! Of course I stayed awake until he got up. So total I got 6 hours with the other night naps! After some cleaning today (and a successful shower during a nap), we went to my neighbors house for a jewelry party. Once Derek got home, his coworker Stanton and his wife brought us over a yummy dinner and visited. More football tonight for us and hoping for more rest!!
Our day :)
