Derek had the holiday weekend off and we filled it with tons of fun! We finally found time for a date night Friday night and had a great dinner out. Saturday morning we drove up to the river for some water fun! The boys had a blast riding/driving the boat and fishing. They played hard and it was nice to have some good family time!

Sunday the siblings and I met up at one of dad's favorite restaurants and surprised dad for his birthday. I'd say he was pretty surprised. It was a great place for the kids to run wild and eat outside! The cousins had fun and we went back to the house for dessert and more play. We stayed the night and the weather held off for us to go to the pool Sunday evening and Monday morning. Colin showed off his swim lesson tricks and Connor jumped in to show us his kicking too :)
