This weekend my parents came down to stay to celebrate Dad and Noah's birthdays. Noah's is this Thursday, but close enough! Derek worked day shift this weekend, but got to enjoy some family fun and leftovers when he got home. I enjoyed having the extra hands with big C and he actually did pretty good at playing with everyone/letting people hold him which was a nice break!
Started out the weekend right with lots of snuggling. I think he'll enjoy snuggling more (me too) when I don't have a big ole belly in the way :)
PF Changs to-go is always a family favorite! We also had a delicious Gigi 'wedding cake' cake. I didn't know until this week that Gigi's makes birthday cakes out of any flavor of cupcake they have...amazing! Thankfully, Noah's favorite flavor is wedding cake, yum! Happy Birthday to 2 of the best guys I know!
Aunt Cait brought over the kids favorite toy- balloons!! Colin wore out fast keeping up with all the wildness!
These 2 entertainers were cute. Eli shoved all the tools in his shorts band :) Mason ate part of a K-cup (oops! and was working on a 2nd one) and was wired for a while! Hilarious!
This little angel face kept up with the boys and had no problem keeping them in line :)
Sunday brunch at Cracker barrel- yum!! Don't let those 'old-man' glasses fool you, this man is 55 years young and keeps up with all these kids better than us! He even went on a run before we went to brunch...he'll out-live us all.
These 2 cute boys had matching shirts! Crazy to think that they are less than 5 months apart and their siblings will be 6 months apart :)
The best 2 shots I could get before leaving. Soon there will be 2 more to add to the picture! Hope yall's arms can handle the additional weight ;) Next time they visit, they will have 5!
We got to take Derek some Cracker Barrel to-go and give the parents the tour since it wasn't busy. Then went back home for C's nap and packed them up. This mama is spending her afternoons with her feet propped up with a slice of left over cake :) Enjoying the last few days of quiet!
