Derek and Brittany Plus One!: K is 4, Mother's Day, Last day of school!!

The past 7 days have been a big blur thanks to Derek's long weekend on nights, my work, Kendall's bday, swim lessons, school parties, etc. Oh yeah, then there was the fact 3/4 of us had strep throat. For a few days it was rough, but we pulled through and thankfully got to do all the fun stuff we had planned! This was the last week of school and I think we're all pretty excited about it. They have learned so much this year and have loved going to school! Colin is more outgoing, silly, and loves his school friends! Connor is the teacher's sweet boy and is potty trained and so much more independent. We have missed having weekdays with the boys for adventures. They are so fun at these ages and we're looking forward to doing some new things this summer :)

Soon after we got home Colin had a fever and it lasted on and off all weekend until I finally looked in his mouth and saw his tonsils were coated :(

Sunday we spent Mother's Day mostly resting (Colin fever). We did get to the pool for a little bit and they loved that the outside pool opened!

Derek got to go to Colin's end of the year party- Love these things they fill out at school! Love that his first career idea is a school bus driver, his teacher is a bus driver before MDO everyday and C thinks that's SO cool!
