Last weekend we dropped the kids off in Huntsville and spent the weekend in Nashville with Cole and Sheena! It's been a year since we've visited and we got to finally see their new home and meet Gary (their 10 month Goldendoodle). It was a good getaway and nice to sleep in a little ;)
They took us to some delicious restaurants!
Their friends came over to grill out and brought their 3 week old rescue kitten :)
Of all people, of course Gary loved Derek the most! He's a doggy whisperer ;)
Jason Isbell at the Ryman! We saw him the exact same weekend 2 years ago in Tuscaloosa.
It was a great show!
The kids had fun splitting the weekend up with grandparents and Belle is getting to enjoy a full week with her fav dog friend Brady.
Back to the routine Monday--puzzles and soccer practice!
Tuesday after work we took the boys to Old Baker Farm. They loved it last year...and even more this year!
The hay maze was probably the big favorite! They just ran and ran forever in there.
My 3 men working hard to pick out the perfect ones! The boys picked out the tiniest ones, hehe :)
Love my pumpkin-loving boys so much!
Wednesday D and I volunteered at the school's pumpkin patch. The 3 year old classes all did it together...Here is Colin's class!
We skipped eating lunch at school, grabbed Connor out early, and took lunch to the park.
Loving this beautiful weather!!
Connor likes to mimic Derek pulling the garbage can up the driveway through the window! Family book time has become tradition, a bit easier on momma who was reading 2 books each to them too ;)
Boys before Derek took them to school today. Such cuties!
