Friday we had Colin a little family birthday party--will post pics from it next post--and Saturday morning Derek's parents, Derek, and I headed to Atlanta for the GT/FSU game. To say I was a little unexcited would be an understatement ;) Tech has not been playing well and I was sure they would lose bad. Plus leaving my babes for over 24 hours isn't the greatest fun. However, we had a great time and GT pulled out a BIG win by blocking the field goal that would mean a win for FSU. He ran it all the way back for a touchdown to win the game! Icing on the top was getting to sleep all night too ;) Thanks mom and dad for keeping the kids!!

It was a fun weekend, we even got in some shopping before the game! Unfortunately, Tennessee got beat by Alabama (barely). We came back Sunday morning and had a lazy day! Connor must have missed me because he wouldn't sleep unless I held him. He would just scream and flip over in his crib over and over. It was nice to have some cuddle time and I even fell asleep with him for a while.
These sweet moments won't last long!
