This big guy has been changing every day this week and being his parents is finally rewarding! HA. Although this blog is primarily a happy post place, I never want to forget how difficult the first 2 months with Colin were. He would scream so much during the day our ears were ringing daily. He refused to sleep more than one 3 hour stretch at night and then it was every 15 minutes all night long. People say you forget the first few months...not Colin's ;) Simple things like him smiling when we come home or wanting to snuggle on us at night mean a lot. This week he decided it was time to be a big boy.
Smiling all the time now! He found his toes this week too!!
After laying on his side for over a month when playing, he rolled all the way over onto his belly!
He's getting really good with tummy time and lasts so much longer! Gizmo loves to lick his feet :)
We've been practicing sitting and he's getting so good! His favorite is to sit on our laps at restaurants now and look around. He's getting much better with his toys and grabbing them when sitting. He loved the Johnny Up. It was hilarious.
Lots of laughs in this one ;)
He's been sleeping through the night for a week now, with a few nights of waking up once for just a few minutes. Love the 12 hours straight!
