Blue Ridge trip and random fun!

I'm a little behind blogging! I've picked up a lot of extra time at work the past week and not much gets done now that toddler #1 quit naps :) After Colin's party the other weekend, we went to Blue Ridge to celebrate baby Madeline. It was a fun day watching the kiddos play! They love going to Mamaw's (Or "Grandma's" according to Connor).

Connor and Grandma were best buds :) Colin was running around wild and had no time for pics!

You give Mimi legos, you are guaranteed a good time! Lots of playing with Colin's birthday presents!

More and more new toys :)

Mom came down for Christmas village which is always a fun time! Even got to finally go to Café Dupont for lunch!

Family Friday at Let's Play! We were the first ones in and had it to ourselves for a while!

These boys had the best time. In fact, we went back after nap too!

Doozie helped out big this weekend when my sitter got sick and kept the boys while I worked! We got to go over and see Nana and Meritt for lunch too :)

Too early for school drop off? Best time to have the playground all to yourself!

Halloween 2017

Before we get to this year's Halloween fun, how about a blast from the past 4!

Last year!

We did a lot this month to get ready for Halloween. The boys talked a lot about it in their classes at school and were really into it this year! They helped us carve pumpkins, did the pumpkin patch, did our yearly Veteran's Park festival, and of course, trick or treated! The boys are both big into Star Wars right now and Colin HAD to be a storm trooper this year. I don't know if I've ever seen Derek so excited ;) Connor was a little disappointed he wasn't a storm trooper too, but he was an adorable Yoda.

Our big crew started early in the evening and took over the street! Mom came down and joined us too! Mer wasn't too sure about all these costumes!

They lasted longer than I thought they would, thanks to taking them in the back of the van on the last street :)

It was such a fun month celebrating big C turning 4 and Halloween! The leaves are changing color and falling, Thanksgiving in Charleston is coming up, we leave for Disney in 1 month and I'm itching to get Christmas décor put up! Love this busy time of year!
