August is 1/2 way over and is usually a pretty slow month for us. Since the boys don't start school until after Labor Day and our fall is pretty booked, we decided to fill it up with some fun stuff :) Friday we drove up to Fall Creek Falls for the weekend. We stopped by Chatty first to eat at our favorite place (The Terminal) and walk around the Choo Choo hotel. They have a lot of trains that they have turned into shops/diners. The boys loved climbing on and checking out the inside. Then it was off to the mountains to hike, splash, and throw rocks with Derek's family for 2 days!

Poor Seth was worn out between making "buckets" with Connor and zip lining with Colin! He's definitely a fun uncle!
Belle had fun with her cousin while we were gone (she drove poor Juno crazy)
The kiddos liked the rope bridge, surprisingly. We got to see lots of deer and Colin was hopeful this one would be friendly :) We got pretty close!

Meanwhile, Cait's crew held down the fort while we were gone and has stayed all week while Josh and his dad redo their floors! The kids have had tons of fun cousin time!

We met mom with Belle today after she got groomed for her to keep for us while we're at the beach. We leave in the morning--wahoo!
